Instructions
  1. Rinse the chicken breast with the apple cider vinegar
  2. Marinate with the turmeric & mixed herbs
  3. Place the chicken on one half of a wide sheet of tinned foiled
  4. Pull the other half of the tin foil over and tightly seal the edges of the foil to make a parcel with the chicken inside
  5. Place on a baking tray and place into the preheated oven for 20 minutes
Recipe Notes
  • Ovens vary slightly in temperature, so you may need to adjust the cooking time or check the chicken before serving to see if the juice run clear when you fork the thickest part of the breast, indicating its cooked
  • Nice served with any of the 'veggies'

Variations

  • For a Spanish style chicken instead of turmeric use paprika For a Caribbean style chicken instead of turmeric use jerk seasoning
