Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the dates in a food processor or in a good blender.
  2. Blend until nuts are in small chuncks, around 30 sec (depending on blender)
  3. Place the dates into the mix, one by one without seeds (blender still running) until the mixture starts to bind like cookie dough (you may not need all the dates for this).
  4. Scrape the mixture into a mixing bowl.
  5. Place in the fridge for one hour to solidify. Store in fridge for up to one week.
