Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 160c
  2. Grease a 8x8 baking pan and set aside
  3. Put all ingredients for the dry base in a food processor and pulse until chunky and then put in a medium mixing bowl
  4. Blend the ingredients for the wet base until smooth and then add to the mixing bowl
  5. Mix until fully combined
  6. Put the mixture in your prepared baking pan - using the back of your spoon (or your hands) spread the mixture evenly
  7. Place the pan in your preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown & firm
  8. Cool completely
  9. Meanwhile, melt the cacao butter
  10. Add the Cacao, Coconut Sugar and Pink Salt to the melted cacao butter and stir until completely incorporated
  11. Pour the chocolate topping over the completely cooled bars & spread over evenly
  12. Cool completely
  13. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm the mixture
  14. Cut into 20 bars and serve!
Recipe Notes
  • If you cannot find Cacao butter in your local speciality shop you can find it on iHerb or substitute with coconut butter
  • If you do not have a food processor simply chop the ingredients until chunky and then proceed with the rest of the recipe
