Instructions
  1. Rinse quinoa
  2. Bring water to a boil
  3. Add quinoa and bring back to a boil, cover, and reduce heat
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the almond milk
  6. Pour into serving bowl and top with cinnamon, walnuts and strawberries
Recipe Notes

Variations

  • Instead of strawberries use blueberries or raspberries
  • Instead of almond milk use alternative nut milk, rice milk, oat milk or if not lactose intolerant organic cows milk
