  1. Place all ingredients into the blender for 60 seconds or until desired consistency is met
Recipe Notes
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the top, bottom and sides off the pineapple, then slice off the flesh from the hard core Use more or less water for desired thickness
  • An easy way to create your own smoothie is by the following principle;
    • 1/3 greens
    • 1/3 fruit
    • 1/3 liquid
    • Add a super-food booster!

Variations

  • Instead of kale use spinach or collard greens
  • Instead of acai berry powder use maca powder, spiriluna or matcha powder
  • Instead of chia seeds use linseeds
  • Instead of coconut water use nut milk
