Papaya & coconut ice cream
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, blend until completely smooth.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender, blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer
  4. Stir the mixture roughly every 4-6 hours and place back in the freezer, repeat this for 24 hours
  5. The final result will be a smooth creamy ice cream
Recipe Notes

After the mixture is frozen optional flavours can be stirred in like nuts, seeds, bee pollen & cacao nibs or just used as a topping
