Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Break the tofu into several pieces.
  2. Squeeze the water from each piece, feel free to do this over the sink or onto a paper towel, then crumble the tofu and add to the pan.
  3. Simmer for a few minutes until the tofu is heated.
  4. Stir in the mixed herbs.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until fully heated through.
  6. Season to taste with sea salt.
Recipe Notes

Sprinkle on toasted sesame seeds for added flavor.

Variations

  • Add an egg for extra protein
  • Add whatever fresh herbs you have
  • Add fresh chilli or chilli flakes for a spicy version
  • Add soy sauce & edamame bean for an Asian version
