  1. Rinse chicken wings with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  2. Marinate with jerk seasoning paste and thyme
  3. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minute
Recipe Notes

If you can marinate the meat overnight then it will have even better flavour!
There is no reason why you can mix any seasonings you like e.g turmeric, paprika, cumin, all purpose  or bbq with herbs to marinate
