  1. Place the nuts, dates & oats in the blender
  2. Blend until the mix comes together
  3. Scoop the mix onto a chopping board
  4. Take a ball size worth of the mix and roll into a ball or bar shape

Variations

  • Add cinnamon for a kick Add cacoa nibs for a chocolate kick
  • Add maca powder for extra strength
  • Add acai berry, goji berries or macha powder for an antioxidant kick
  • Add a scoop of protein powder for a protein hit
  • Roll in coconut flakes for a tropical hit Instead of dates use raisins or sultanas
  • Instead of nuts use sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds & chia seeds
