This was the question I found myself asking as I explored the path of recovery.
Having spent 10 years in the consultancy field in a sales driven environment, working a 60 hour week had become the norm.
Fuelled by caffeine, sugar, alcohol binges and a culture of recognition based only on how much money I put on the board, I was constantly relying on crutches to help me maintain my energy & escape the reality.
In a red flag moment I visited a functional medicine practitioner who held up the mirror for me. I had Adrenal Fatigue, PCOS, Insomnia and Liver Damage.
That's when I listened up and took accountability for my own health!
My path to recovery was medication free & took many small steps, making incremental lifestyle changes that added up to make a huge difference to my life.
This has led me to guide others to make the same life-changing experience.
I am a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned about innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, Gluten-Free, and Paleo, to raw vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
My education & experience has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention.
Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients like YOU to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting paths that produce real and lasting results.
You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health and happiness.
