This was the question I found myself asking as I explored the path of recovery.
Having spent 10 years in the consultancy field in a sales driven environment, working a 60 hour week had become the norm.
Fuelled by caffeine, sugar, alcohol binges and a culture of recognition based only on how much money I put on the board, I was constantly relying on crutches to help me maintain my energy & escape the reality.
In a red flag moment I visited a functional medicine practitioner who held up the mirror for me. I had Adrenal Fatigue, PCOS, Insomnia and Liver Damage.
That's when I listened up and took accountability for my own health!
My path to recovery was medication free & took many small steps, making incremental lifestyle changes that added up to make a huge difference to my life.
This has led me to guiding others to make the same life-changing experience.

I am a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned about innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, Gluten-Free, and Paleo, to raw vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

I am also a certified Raw Food Chef and at the cafe you will be able to attend my cooking classes or just feel guilt-free finally eating food like our ancestors ate, free from processing, preservatives, etc..

I was born in the North of England but my roots are so mixed and this diversity has meant I always had a passion for food.
I was working in HR Consultancy field for over 10 years, partnering closely with the leaders of Fortune 500 companies, giving me a real insight into their lifestyles, time pressures & key challenges.
I decided to become a health coach following years of frustrating yo-yo dieting, over exercising & lack of nutritional support available whilst knowing my health was being compromised. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied over 50 dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods.I was personally able to heal myself of adrenal fatigue (basically exhaustion), food intolerances, lack of energy, chronic stress, PCOS, insomnia, sugar cravings and imbalanced hormones (yes I had them all!). These are some of the common areas I support my clients with now. In addition I lost 3 kgs from reducing my body fat, whilst increasing my muscle mass. Weight management has been the icing on the cake for my clients!
