This is exactly where I was! You see I went from a ‘burnt out’ Executive to helping ‘burnt out’ Executives and I now share the truth about nutrition, enabling healthier lifestyles through coaching, consulting and access to healthier exciting food!

The most successful people in life will always attribute their success to the help of someone else, that’s where my private coaching will support you whether it be my 10 day energy reset, 12 or 24 week one on one coaching, work with me!

We are what we eat and I don’t know about you, but I find eating salads daily not the most exciting way for me to improve my health. The importance of a plant based diet is not to be overlooked. That’s why through Food Rebel I provide access to exciting & healthy food.

The Truth About Me and My Journey!


I was born in the North of England but my roots are so mixed and this diversity has meant I always have a passion for food.

I worked in the HR Consultancy field for over 10 years, partnering closely with the leaders of Fortune 500 companies, giving me a real insight into their lifestyles, time pressures and key challenges.

In the end I decided to become a health coach following years of frustrating yo-yo dieting, over exercising and lack of nutritional support available, knowing that my health was being compromised.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied over 50 dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods.

As a coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands.

Finally I was personally able to heal myself of adrenal fatigue (basically exhaustion), food intolerances, lack of energy, chronic stress, PCOS, insomnia, sugar cravings and imbalanced hormones (yes I had them all!).

These are some of the common areas I support my clients with now.

In addition I lost 3 kgs from reducing my body fat, whilst increasing my muscle mass.

Weight management has been the icing on the cake for my clients!
