The most significant change is my mindset towards food and health. In the past [and to be honest, when I first started this programme!] I would try various diets/workouts with the goal of just losing weight/fitting into my jeans! But my unhealthy relationship with food and exercise was still there. And since I never really change my relationship with food and fitness in the past, all these diets/crazy workouts were not sustainable and the weight would return eventually.
